I am passionate about fitness, health and nutrition. I run private and group bootcamps and fitness sessions in Bath, Somerset.

It's not just my job, but my way of life. I eat, sleep and live fitness and I am lucky enough to teach as well. Our classes suit all abilities and are designed for like-minded people of all ages.
