Last week, some of our dancers headed to the theatre with Laura and Kat to watch London City Ballet perform Firebird at Theatre Royal Bath! 🙌🏽🔥

It’s always such a treat to connect outside the studio, spend time together and experience incredible performances right here in our local theatre. 🎭

And did you know that, as a student at Bath School of Dance, you may have access to discounted theatre tickets? As an educational organisation, we’re able to access special rates for certain shows - another little perk of being part of our dance community! ❤️

Because dance class isn’t just about movement. It’s about finding your people, building friendships and sharing experiences both inside and outside the studio.

And we think that makes dancing together even more special. ✨

Best of luck to Ella, who has officially headed off to uni! 🥺❤️

Ella has trained with us for the past few years, taking classes at Bath School of Dance and becoming such a valued part of our dance family. She is also part of our BSD Performance Company, where she has been gaining valuable experience and building her confidence in the industry.

And now, she’s taken another exciting step by applying to join our sister company, BSD Talent Network , where she’ll have the opportunity to gain paid work as a professional dancer! 🥹✨

Some of our most loyal and longest-standing students have moved on to new chapters this year, and we are definitely feeling their absence! So, here’s a little throwback to a video Ella and the girls made during our Seasons of the Year show. 🥺

To Ella and everyone else starting a new academic journey this year — we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see where life takes you!

You’ll always have a place at BSD, and our doors will always be open for you to come back. ❤️

Good luck everyone! Go smash it! ✨

Last night was our FIRST EVER Commercial class with our amazing teacher Lucy… and WOW 😍🔥

It’s only the first week and LOOK AT THEM ALREADY?! WHAT?! 🤯

They absolutely smashed this routine, and we had the BEST time! 🕺✨

And the best bit… Lucy will be adding onto the routine next week! 👀

So, if you came to class last night, you’ve got a whole week to practise what you’ve learnt before adding more next Friday! 💃

And if you missed this week - don’t worry! You can jump in next week and learn it from scratch. No need to have attended the first class!

What an incredible start to our new Commercial class! ❤️‍🔥

This was the first week we ran the class, and we kicked things off with a BANGER - “When the Chips Are Down” choreographed by our lovely teacher, Charlotte F ❤️

And judging by this little clip… we think it’s safe to say we’re off to a good start 👀🔥
