ACRRS Rd 6 & Williams Trophy hosted by the REME πΉπ© - Results π
If there was one word to describe Rd 6 of the ACRRS from last weekβs race, it would be βcobblesβ. The series headed north once again to Bradford for not only Rd 6, but also the Williams Trophy. It was the ACRRS answer to the βHell of the Northβ (Paris-Roubaix), with a cobbled climb, wind, and rain, which made for some very exciting racing, with 60 riders heading to Bradford looking for glory. βWHAT A DAYβ it was with fantastic performances across all the categories from our REME riders with podiums and race wins π₯³πΉπ©

And finally, donβt forget Rule 20 // There are only three remedies for pain. These are:
If your quads start to burn, shift forward to use your hamstrings and calves, or
If your calves or hamstrings start to burn, shift back to use your quads, or
If you feel wimpy and weak, meditate on Rule #5 and train more!
