You'd be amazed how simply watching your breath whilst moving mindfully can make such a difference to how you feel.
Yoga is for everyone despite what we may sometimes be told on social media. You don't need to be flexible, fit a certain body shape or wear fancy yoga clothes.
If you're not sure it's for you but would like to try, I have spaces in both classes tonight & I'm offering a free trial as part of May's Mental Health Awareness initiative.
I provide all the equipment - just bring a cosy blanket π
You can sign up on my website & use code MHA to get your free class - link in my profile.

Yin is a gentle, meditative style of yoga using longer, passive holds of 3-5 minutes. Great for increasing flexibility, I'll guide you through a sequence of postures, bringing you into stillness, focusing on the breath and creating space for deep relaxation and emotional connection.
I also use gentle flow, restorative poses and breath practice to ensure you go home feeling calmer, more easeful in your body & ready to hop into bed for a great nights sleep.
Join me at the serene space at St Alpheges Church, BA2, Plenty of free parking!
Mats & props provided - class suitable for all levels - including beginners.
Tuesdays, 2000.
I'm offering a half-price trial class for April - just use the discount code TRIAL on the checkout page. Booking link on bio. X # # #

Cherry blossom at the bottom of the garden looking glorious today. At last spring putting a spring in our step βΊοΈ Tonight's yin-based class will focus on waking up from the winter and bringing fresh energy to the body, particularly focusing on the liver & kidney meridians. We'll be thinking about which habits we might want to say goodbye to & making space for all things new. As always there will be plenty of down-regulation and yummy relaxation. Come and join me.
