The music used in Clubbercise classes ranges from 90's club classics through to present day dance anthems. All routines have high or low impact options and you don't need to have any dance experience to take part, the main thing is that you have fun, work to your level and enjoy the music. just appropriate footwear i.e trainers and sports wear / fitness clothing



How much does a class cost?

£5.50 per session, reusuable glowsticks are available to purchase at £4.00 a pair

Do I need to book or can I just turn up? Clubbercise classes are very popular and I have intentionally limited spaces for safety so that you have room to move about and have fun. No one likes to go to a class where they cannot see, or be seen. It's also not friendly. Therefore to ensure your place I strongly advise that you pre book you space, once you have booked I will then send you a confirmation message confirming your space.
