Hi

I hope you are all keeping well. I just wanted to pop a quick message up to say thank you for your interest in my classes. I am not currently delivering any classes at the present time but I do hope to get back to teaching at some point and will pop any information about future classes up on this page.

Good Evening,
I hope you’re all keeping well.
In light of the Prime Ministers announcement this evening, I just wanted to hop on line and let you know what’s happening with classes.
At present due to restrictions in schools I am not able to run classes until they are able to hire out their halls again, this is likely to be at the earliest from late June this year. Once I’ve got some more information I’ll post it up on here to let you know when we can all get back to dancing 😃
I also injured myself a couple of months ago which has stopped me from doing aerobics etc so I’m hoping to get the all clear from the physio soon and I’ve been building myself back up in the gym.
Thank you so much for all your messages over lockdown and the last year, it’s lovely to hear from you all.

Hi, Please be aware that there is currently an error on the Move GB website and it is stating that my community classes are running at Beechen Cliff School. I have reported this to Move GB and asked that my classes be removed to avoid any confusion

I hope you’re all well
I just wanted to update you on what’s happening with my classes. As you will have heard the government has said that gyms/ leisure centres can open in England from Saturday 25 July, which is fantastic news as I’m sure you’re keen to get back to classes. Having read the government guidance and spoken with the venues that I hire to teach my classes in I have made the decision that I will not be teaching face to face classes in the community until January 2021. I know that you will be disappointed as am I, however it would not be feasible for me return at the moment. I will however continue to teach virtually so if you are interested in doing classes from the comfort of your own home then please do message me and I can send you some further info.
Class passes purchased will remain valid but if you would like a refund then please message me and I can sort this out for you

Hope you are all doing well
I just wanted to hop on line and give you a little update about classes.
Despite there being indications that gyms maybe able to open soon unfortunately this will not be the case for community fitness classes due to instructors hiring venues such as school halls etc. We are unsure at this present time when face to face classes will be able to start again, but I will continue to follow government guidance and will provide updates when they are available.

Any class passes purchased will remain valid. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Well what a week it’s been hey, I hope you all had a good weekend and did some nice things.
Clubbercise class will be running this evening 6-7pm at Beechen Cliff School 👏

Please ensure you read all of the information below concerning the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

I will continue to run classes as per usual and follow World Health Organisation/government advice. If you are not a MOVE GB member please could you let me know if you intend on coming along to a class by either texting me on 07751 786 762 or messaging me via Facebook in the event that I need to contact you with any updates.

✅ The school and the hall will be cleaned as per usual by the schools cleaning team

✅ I have antibacterial wipes available to use

✅ There will be soap in all the dispensers at the school for you to wash your hands with. Please could you ensure that you follow good hygiene and wash your hands on arrival at the venue and frequently.

✅ As of Monday 16th March 2020, glow sticks will not be loaned out by me. Please ensure that you bring your sticks with you, I will have batteries available should you run out, you can choose not to use glow sticks or I will have sticks available to purchase as per usual. Give your glow sticks a bit of TLC so that they are glowing bright and clean them prior to attending a class and after each class.

Most importantly please be considerate to others and do not come to a class if you have any of the following:
✅ a fever/high temperature
✅ a cough
✅ you feel unwell

Your health is very important to me and whilst I know it may be tempting to come along to a class if you don’t feel very ill because you’d like to exercise/ see friends etc please ensure you follow the official government advice on www.gov.uk so that we can all keep dancing.

* a new, continuous cough – this means you've started coughing repeatedly
