Home Workouts: The Final Push
Our Final 10 Weeks of Live Stream Workouts.
Many people often say... I need to get fit BEFORE I go to the gym. Well here is your chance. Learn the basics, build confidence, and lift your fitness at home, but inside a class.
For the next 10 weeks we will be offering 5 types of class which each last 30 Minutes...
TABATA: Monday at 6:00am and 7:00am. This is a challenging style of HIIT training which will help to improve your cardio fitness and muscle endurance.
YOGA: Monday at 6:00pm. Increase your Flexibility, Balance and Dynamic Strength with this Fitness-Centric Yoga Class.
COMBAT: Wednesday 6:00am and 7:00am Improve your Co-Ordination, Agility, Reactions in a workout that challenges your cardio system in a completely different way than going for a run or spin class.
CORE360: Wednesday 6:00pm. Challenge your core with this torso workout which will strengthen your back and tighten your front.
FITTEST: Friday 6:00am and 7:00am. If you focus on progress, great results come automatically. With this workout you will be aiming to improve a specific set of exercises week on week.

Final Result and a WIN for Team Blue!! Well done to everyone who did something EXTRA that you wouldn’t normally do to get an extra point. If you turned up to a session you wouldn’t normally, if you have an extra 10% to get an extra point during a finisher. Win or Lose, it is THAT effort that makes competition exciting.
