I started my calisthenics journey two years ago as a complete beginner, navigating overwhelming online materials with no fellow beginners. I now want to share my passion and knowledge with people who want to try something new and contribute to a growing community!

Are you looking for a challenging, motivating and fun workout with like minded people then we have the solution for you Hyrox. Hyrox is 45 mins long and uses a range of equipment depending on the theme of the session whether it’s wall balls or sandbags you will learn something new. These sessions cater for all-abilities that is the key thing with Hyrox sessions, train for extra motivation or train to improve your Hyrox event time.
Classes are on:
Monday 1030
Tuesday 1630
Wednesday 0900
Thursday 1030 & 1830
Friday 1030
Saturday 0900
Sundays 0900
Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Why not give this hyrox session a try, for time each round the amount of cals or reps drops by 5 (30,25,20,15,10)
Ski erg (cals)
Push ups
KB push press
YBell deadlift
Jumping lunges
The good thing about this workout is not much space or equipment required.

Breaking News, due to popular demand we are putting on two extra hyrox sessions this weekend at 9am on both days.
If you have not been able to make one of our regular sessions then why not book on for these two bonus sessions, or if you want to do a extra Hyrox session.

Here is the class timetable from Monday 17th February 2025, this includes the new Hyrox sessions which have proven to be popular this week. So book now to avoid disappointment.
Please not the below classes will not be on Tuesday 18th February:

Yoga 1130
Pilates 1330 and 1715
They will all return as per usual Tuesday 25th February.

It’s been great to see so many of you taking part in the Hyrox taster sessions this week. Next week the Hyrox sessions become part of the Group Exercise timetable so you can now start booking your place, as you normally would via the website or reception. With places going fast already book now to avoid disappointment.
