Few words from Janet:
I love this place. As a 71 year old, the Y gym and classes help keep me fit and active and ready to face each day. I have lived through the exercise eras of aerobics, calisthenics, go for the burn, disco etc and survived. The range of classes offered is impressive and the team of personal trainers and teachers, friendly and encouraging and a terrific source of knowledge when called upon for advice. For those of you who have not been to the Y gym, please try it out, you will not be disappointed. I never have been.
