George Healy - Iyengar Yoga

George Healy - Iyengar Yoga Yoga classes for all around Somerset, Bath and online. I am a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and have been practising 19 years and teaching for 9.

Yoga is an integral part of my life and I love to share the gifts to mind and body it brings. I attended my first Iyengar yoga class in 2006 and immediately felt a deep sense of coming home. Yoga is transformational and it has been a constant companion to me throughout my busy family life. I love the wholeness of yoga and how it holds everything we need in its practice and study. In a world where we are bombarded with information and a constant pressure to be keep ourselves 'busy', it is more important than ever to dedicate time to understanding our body and our minds and spend time with ourselves. Please do get in touch to find out more.
