Tonight's full moon over the fields of Holcombe just before sunset this evening. I am at the village hall each Thursday evening teaching yoga to our friendly group and newcomers are always welcome.

Yoga is an integral part of my life and I love to share the gifts to mind and body it brings. I attended my first Iyengar yoga class in 2006 and immediately felt a deep sense of coming home.
