Full Moon Yin & Restorative Workshop

Friday 1st May, 7-9pm, at Balance, the Countryside Gym, Timsbury, Bath.

Yin Yoga with its long held passive poses, helps to release tension and promote emotional balance, aligning with the full moon energy.

The stillness and quietude cultivated in yin yoga can create space for intuition and self reflection along side the illumination of the moon on our inner selves. The brightness of the full moon can, however, affect our sleep and cause disruptions leading to restless and tiredness, thus we will integrate restorative poses into the practice to encourage rest and relaxation.

£35 including refreshments, arrive anytime from 6:30pm
