I was late to the party...

v

10 years ago I was 35 years old and out of shape

v

v

I'd been going to the gym for 10 years but never feeling like I was getting anywhere

v

v

My leisure time was spent doing all of the things that undo a healthy lifestyle

v

v

I was about to get married and my life was taking a new exciting turn

v

v

I felt like I was old so decided to do something meaningful about it

v

v

Within a year I was made redundant from work then 3 years after that my marriage ended

v

v

I could have thrown in the towel then... and just gave up on myself but...

v

v

I did the EXACT opposite

v

v

I remained committed to becoming a better version of myself...

v

v

Every day... just that little bit better

v

v

I committed to helping others do the same

v

v

An entirely new beginning... and all after I thought I was done at 35 years old

v

v

There is no end to this adventure...

v

v

And now ... at 45 years old...

v

v

I'm just getting started

Is 1% better good enough?

If you get better at something by just 1% regularly then that's solid consistent progress...

Do that over a year and you're flying...

Imagine what that will look like in 10 years

It all depends on how you look at things

Like these pistol squats for example

Previously the most I've ever done with this weight was 5 in one set and 10 sets

Today I did 6 each set for 10 sets

v

v

That's ONE MORE REP each set...

v

v

That's it... but...

That's an increase of 20% on my previous best...

v

v

Which is HUGE in the world of lifting stuff

v

Sometimes we feel like we're getting nowhere...

Then BAM...

There's a shift and off we go again
