The Art of Presence – Session 3

A continuation of the journey…
from grounding… to strengthening… to expanding.

In this final session, we open into spacious balance through
Half Moon – Ardha Chandrāsana
and Sugar Cane – Ardha Chandra Chapāsana.

Rooted through the standing leg, we explore stability that is alive, responsive, and deeply connected to the earth beneath us.

From that foundation, we begin to open…
to lengthen…
to create space through the body.

Half Moon invites clarity and steadiness.
Sugar Cane invites openness and trust.

Together, they ask for both strength and surrender.

This is where grounding meets expansion.
Where effort softens into flow.
Where presence becomes embodied.

A practice of connection—
to the ground,
to the breath,
to the quiet intelligence within.

THE ART OF PRESENCE
A 3-part yoga workshop series with Mirella Lamarina

Balance is not something we force.
It is something we grow into.

In this three-part workshop series, we will explore the foundations of balance through grounding, strength, and embodied awareness.

Each 2-hour session begins by connecting to the ground—awakening the feet, strengthening the legs, and engaging the core—so that balance can arise from stability rather than effort.

From this foundation, we will move into a central standing balance posture and its variations, exploring how steadiness, breath, and attention support the body.

Open to all levels and every body.

• April 11 — Tree Pose (Vṛkṣāsana) and variations
• April 26 — Dancer (Naṭarājāsana) & Eagle (Garudāsana)
