Supplements: What’s Worth It & What’s Just Hype 👇

After some recent convos with clients — and seeing a wave of dodgy advice from fitness influencers — we felt it was time to cut through the BS.

💬 The truth is: with so many bold claims and magic powders, it’s easy to get misled.

📉 UK brands caught selling underdosed or fake products - James Smith recently called out a UK creatine brand for doing exactly that — and they’re not alone.

🧪 In the UK, supplement companies aren’t required to prove what’s in the tub.
No testing. No regulation. No one checking if your “10,000mg creatine” is even 5g. And the US is even worse.

If a brand doesn’t third-party test, you’re just taking their word for it — and we’ve seen how that ends.
