After 8 years i need to freshen things up, I’ve been working out of a tool box for 3 years, it’s the only stint in 34 years I’ve ever worked out of a tool box, plus with my desire to maximise space the logical decision is to go back to the beginning.

Valentines Day 15 years ago, I packed up the Subaru and headed west. Our first stop was # Nelsonbc I fell in love with this little town and called it home for 2 years. Ross and Charles are some of the most beautiful people you’ll ever meet. Ross welcomed me into his home until we found a home to hang my hat. was a great experience and winters like this were legendary. Wishing you guys the best in 2022.

Client came in with creaking Bottom Bracket. Standard no surprise with BB30 found in Cannondales and many other brands. Noticed 2 holes in the Bottom Bracket cup. So I had a poke around, the alloy was like hard chewing gum and had a dusty residue. So I had a further poke about only to find that the Bottom Bracket 30 sleeve was cheese toast.

This bike came in and out over the weekend. I don’t see many but this one really caught my eye. Top model goes for 5k. Super well build, oversized everywhere, big brakes, oversize carbon, and a really flat gloss grey.
