Today we spent the whole time jousting with swords and running over the coaches' cones! 🗡😅

Our club is free to try out and we meet once a fortnight at Ralph Allen School in Bath 🫶

We would like to give a humungous thank you to Eve and her Mum, Vanessa, for donating *£800* to the club as we continue to fundraise for new storage for all our equipment 🫶🙌👏

This is an incredible amount of money and together with the proceeds from the Christmas raffle means we are halfway to achieving our target!

We'll have a new trailer in no time - watch this space!

Eve has been attending our frame running club for a number of years now and we always love seeing her. You guys are the best! 🥰

Monies raised will be going towards helping Bath Frame Running Club acquire new storage for their specialist equipment 🥰

Yesterday we were back at Odd Down Cycling Circuit enjoying the sunshine ☀️ some club members even had time to sunbathe 👀📸

We were also lucky enough to give laser shooting a go thanks to new frame runner Andy 😍 it was very popular amongst all members including the coaches and parents!

📣 WE ARE BACK THIS SUNDAY! 📣

Calling all Frame Runners- new and old. The winter break is over. Join us as we return to the track on Sunday 13:00 - 14:30 🥳 Jenny, Alex and Emily cannot wait to see everyone again.

We will have cake and music to celebrate the start of the new season 🍰😋

You are also welcome to come along to ride your trike/adapted bike. Siblings, parents and other family members can use their wheels too (bikes, scooters etc).

Please note: we only provide use of our running frames. All other equipment you must bring along for yourself. Parents/carers are responsible for their child/ren at all times. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on lead.

Super work by Henry on his frame runner this morning 🦸‍♂️ all in preparation for Superhero Series Triathlon in 2 weeks time.

Henry, and brother Eddie, are part of Team Nova at this year Triathlon. Along with others, they are raising money for all Nova Sports community clubs including our frame running club!
