Grand Master Sutherland has over 40 years experience in martial arts in West Lothian. Grand Master Sutherland achieved her 7th degree (Master) from General Choi, The founder of Taekwondo making her the first female Master in the world. :)
She received her 9th degree from Senior Grand Master Sereff in July 2017, a original pioneer and one of only 4 people promoted to Gran Master by General Choi. We have classes for all levels and ages from beginner to World Champions.

Kickin Kid Inter Club Competition 🏆
Next up in our Inter Club was our Kickin Kids, the Students all competed in Pattern, Sparring & Special Techique.
Again the attitudes and the effort from all the competitors was commendable 👏🏻.
There will be a few in this group getting moved up into our Development Team. We do like a pathway at GMSMA.
It takes guts to step on the mats and you should all be very proud of yourselves. So many great bouts, so many close matches well done to you all.

🏆Junior Taekwondo & Junior Kickboxing Inter Club Competiton 🏆
We finished of the Inter Club with students from our Junior classes, quite a few have moved onto the Development Team over the last 12 months and it was good to see some new faces building their confidence at competiton.
Sparring, Special Technique, Patterns (TKD) Points Sparring (Kbox) were all contested and again some cracking bouts and great attitudes.
Well done to you all, especially those who ended up with the Golds this time.

Good test for our Development Team today at the NL Open, great to see the confidence grow on the mats and starting to implement a lot the skills we have been working on recently ❤️
