🌟 Meet the Team – Olivia

Today, we’re putting the spotlight on Olivia! 💙🏊‍♀️ Olivia joined the Swim family back in October at another venue, before becoming a full-time member of the Swim! Batley team in March. Since joining us, Olivia has become a familiar and valued face around the pool, working as a Swimming Teacher while also supporting the team in her role as Team Leader Relief. She brings a great attitude, plenty of energy and a real passion for helping our swimmers and supporting those around her.

You’ll often find Olivia jumping in to support the team, whether that’s on poolside teaching or helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Give her a big welcome as part of our Meet the Team series! 🌟

Meet the Team Monday 👋🏊‍♂️

We’re kicking off our Meet the Team Monday series by introducing the management team at Swim! Batley 💜

First up, meet the team behind the scenes:

👋 Sean – General Manager
Leading the site, supporting the team and making sure we continue to deliver a fantastic experience for our swimmers, families and staff.

💪 Kieron – Assistant General Manager
Working alongside Sean to keep things running smoothly, support the team and help drive standards across the site.

⭐ Anish – Team Leader
Supporting our teachers and wider team day-to-day, helping to deliver great lessons and ensuring our swimmers get the best experience possible.

It's Drowning Prevention Week, and our theme this week is Water Safety. 🛟
Throughout the week, we'll be helping our swimmers build important lifesaving skills and sharing simple tips that can help keep children safe in and around water.
Because learning to swim is about more than strokes...it's about confidence, awareness and staying safe. 💜
