Today is International Youth Day!
To mark this occasion, we're sharing the latest physical activity guidelines, published 2026 by the UK Chief Medical Officers.
The message is simple- every movement counts 💓
Small bursts of movement throughout the day can make a difference to health & wellbeing.

Support your child by:
✅ Providing opportunities for active play
✅Encouraging breaks from long periods of sitting down
