Still camping in the winter? We do!
There’s something rather lovely about an autumn or winter getaway, crisp mornings, cosy evenings and far fewer people fighting you for the best pitch. But when the weather turns, a little preparation goes a long way.
A few of our winter van tips:
• Pack for four seasons because British weather likes to keep things interesting.
• Keep the van ventilated, even when it’s chilly, a little airflow helps reduce condensation.
• Bring a doormat, muddy boots have a habit of making themselves very much at home.
