Today was the first day of the Elevate & Fitpro convention. Retro aerobics with , had me smiling throughout. 😁 Freestyle yoga with always a joy and takes me somewhere different each time. 😍 Dance lyrical with , she looked amazing?, I looked a fool 😂 but great fun. Then talks, theory lessons and loads of industry innovation to browse. London and back to Devon in one day (don’t mention the train delays 😴one tired Tabby

Love love love delivering workshops for Level 2 fitness learners. Getting to give face to face, virtual hands on help them achieve their goals of become group instructors. At GXT online learning is supplemented with the personal touch, producing fabulous instructors. Well done everyone. .meer.1

We’re so excited to return to the newly refurbished Invisa Hotel Cala Verde for this retreat. While it’s the been the home for a few years of our April gathering, this will be our first time hosting YogaFit here in October, and we can’t wait for you to experience the magic of this clifftop setting in the golden autumn light.

This October’s theme is The Ripple Effect of Kindness—a week dedicated to opening the heart, softening the nervous system, and nurturing connection on every level. Expect sunrise yoga, beach walks, pilates, nourishing food, holistic workshops, dance, sound, movement, rest, and deep soul care.

And to close the week, we’re trying something new.
ZEST Ibiza is a brand-new Dance Weekender running from Friday 31 October to Sunday 2 November, right alongside YogaFit. The main stage will transform into the ZEST Dance Arena—alive with live DJs, incredible presenters, and a joyful explosion of movement, including dance fitness, salsa, Zouk, Afro fusion, Flow Dance Meditation, ecstatic dance, and more.

YogaFit continues across the resort during the weekend, so whether you’re coming to wind down or turn up, you can choose your own rhythm.
