At Move Union we recommend gaining your mat certification first as it will give you the fundamental principles that you can transfer onto the other equipment.

We have only a few spaces left on our in person mat course starting in September!

Someone walks into your class and says “I have a bad back” 30 seconds before you start. Cue the panic. 😅🧘‍♀️

If you’re newly qualified, this is probably one of your biggest fears. What if someone has an injury I don’t know about? What if I cue something that makes it worse?

Here’s the truth: you don’t need to be a physio to teach a safe group class. You need a system.

Because your certification gets you started. But this is the stuff that makes you confident. The real-world questions, the awkward moments, the “what do I do when...” scenarios that only come up once you’re actually teaching.
