The Menโ€™s 2s picked up an impressive win away at Medway over the weekend thanks to tries from Nick Dawes and captain Luke Jebb, as well as James Bluett being flawless from the tee ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Jono Hides, 2s Coach said
โ€œBeckenham turned a good week of preparation into a great win against Medway. In attack, Nick Dawes lead the team around well in his debut at flyhalf, unlocking weapons like our captain and man of the match, Luke Jebb. Christian Klass lead our defence from the front, with good line speed and dominant tackles. This culminated in a huge defensive effort in the last 15 minutes, where Beckenham had to hold out wave after wave of Medway attack to secure a 20-13 victory away from homeโ€

Plenty more to come from this team!
Well played all.

The 2XV take on Old Alleynians II this Saturday (A) in one of their rescheduled fixtures.
