Surely nothing beats the Stairmaster as the worst exercise ever?

Ditch losing and regaining the same 10-20kg by building habits you actually stick with for more than a few weeks by joining BRING IT ON
Being too ‘good’ comes at a price which I learnt the hard way 😅
And NGL…
Parenting yourself is hard.
Working on your diet is hard.
What’s harder is staying on the ‘Monday Reset’ train and repeating the cycle with no end in sight.
Instead, get to maintenance without fretting over what you ‘should’ be avoiding (unless it’s cottage cheese 🤮)
And instead eat ‘normal’ everyday meals you actually get to enjoy with your partner/kids every night.
Inside BRING IT ON, we put your time, energy and effort into the areas that actually matter so you get to stop making fat loss a total pain in the ass.
DM “BRING IT ON” - we’ll have a natter and find the best coaching option for you
Sad times when you can’t unsee how many calories are in a ‘real’ tsp of peanut butter and full fat mayo…
I must admit, I prefered my idea of a portion from the share bag BEFORE the days of MFP 😂
And FYI, I don’t have anything against tracking calories, it’s a tool, some women love it and others find:
- managing family meals
- holidays
- nights out
- last minute change of plans
…makes its impossible to stay on track so they end up hitting the f**k it button because what’s the point if you’ve gone over on calories anyway right?
And if this sounds like you…
it’s a good idea to figure out how to manage your diet without being tied to a tracking app for the rest of your life because if you regain weight as soon as you stop logging?
You need a better game plan.
Pssst… this is something I help you with 😉
Learn from other women who are ahead and have been where you are now.
Coaching women over the last 5 years and helping them see their true potential is something I’ll never get bored of…
Seeing someone go from:-
❌ Hitting the f**k it button every weekend to…
✅maintaining healthy eating habits 7 days a week and ditch the start again Monday cycle
❌ Letting the scales put them in a p**s poor mood to…
✅ not giving AF when they’re consistently dropping body fat over weeks and months
❌ hiding away on the cardio machines and at the back of classes to…
✅ owning their space on the gym floor, lifting weights and building muscle
❌ looking at a stranger in the mirror to…
✅ becoming the woman who looks after her body despite all the s**t she has going on in her life
The clients I work with 1:1, end the cycle of yo-yo dieting because we build a game plan that works specifically for them PLUS they have their biggest cheerleader backing them the whole way 😉
Want the same?
Take the first step and DM “BRING IT ON” and start living in a body you’re damn proud of
I get it, you don’t like the idea of not doing enough and not dropping body fat however…
your onit and off it mindset isn’t helping either.
‘Perfect’ weeks are amazing…
The stars align…
you think you’ve cracked it…
And BAM! The s**t hits the fan the following week and you start wondering if all the time and energy is worth it.
Knowing when to push and pull back is something I teach all my clients and that’s why they stop losing and regaining the same 5lbs every week.
Want the same?
DM “BRING IT ON” and focus on a game plan that actually works so you get to lose weight and keep it off
“I love you to the moon and back” has been taken to a whole new level 🌚
Christina Koch has inspired so many of us women.
There’s no reason why you can’t challenge yourself…
to move out your comfort zone…
and start betting on yourself.
Yes it’s probably easier for some women but it’s also harder for others.
You’re the only one holding yourself back.
Set goals that feel impossible right now and take small steps every day to get closer.
Who knows what you’re capable of until you reach high enough ✨
You need a better way to manage your calorie intake without relying on an app you can’t always be honest with...
Tracking calories doesn’t just go out the window at Easter...
❌ It’s every weekend
❌ Every holiday
❌ and social occasion
And it’s this consistent cycle that makes reaching maintenance and staying there impossible.
You exit this cycle by...
Learning how to lose weight without tracking every morsel of food and:-
✅ creating structure around meals Monday through to Sunday, despite having a ton of social meals planned
✅ Knowing when enough’s enough and being content, despite wanting an extra serving
✅ Getting into a habit of eating well and exercising despite having a fat loss goal
Calorie counting works but it also doesn’t work if your diet goes out the window every time life becomes ‘sociable’
The fun doesn’t have to stop.
Your approach to fat loss does.
That’s what we do inside BRING IT ON.
DM “TRACKING” and have a better way to stay on track so you ditch the mundane cycle of losing and regaining weight 💁🏻♀️
Still can’t believe the drama that unfolds in the reunion episodes 😅
Something that doesn’t have to end in chaos is dieting when you have the right game plan.
DM “BRING IT ON” and I’ll send you all the deets so you can decide for yourself whether my approach is right up your street 💁🏻♀️
Putting off restarting?
Is just delaying the moment where you get to look and feel damn great in your body.
A better idea is to build up momentum fast after a setback…
And something we do inside BRING IT ON, is we have a back-up plan so when the s**t hits the fan, we’re not saying “f**k it,” spiral out of control and gain the same 10lbs (again)…
And if sustaining momentum is the bit that lets you down, DM “BRING IT ON” and we’ll create the right game plan so you’re not falling on and off track every few weeks 💁🏻♀️
Social media has become toxic for promoting unhealthy behaviours and this won’t stop.
Even though I teach my children why diet and exercise matters, it’s still so f**king hard when we have zero control over the messaging the algorithm feeds them.
I don’t have all the answers however, I’ve chosen to lead my kids through my own actions, I’m far from perfect but it’s way better than letting social media dictate how they should look and feel in their bodies.
