Increasing our water intake💦
We know how hard it can be to increase our water intake, so we have come up with 6 easy ways to do it:
💦add flavour to it
💦keep your bottle near by
💦choose sparkling or mineral water over soda
💦drink a glass every time you finish a task
💦use an app to track
💦set a daily goal and increase it by a little bit each day
By doing a little bit each day, over time you will find it easier to increase your water intake. Your body will thank you! 💛
