✨My yoga therapy journey✨
For my whole working life I’ve never been able to settle in a job- the longest I stayed was two years, and even then I was itching to leave for the most part. I thought that if I kept exploring different avenues, eventually I would find my purpose.
Whilst travelling Australia in 2023, I had the idea to take what I truly adore and turn it into something I could share with others. That’s when I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training in Bali before heading back home.
During my training, I felt especially drawn to Yoga Therapy- the chance to really see and understand people on a deeper level and to create bespoke programmes just for them, rather than only teaching larger classes.
Once I began teaching, I realised just how passionate I was about sharing this beautiful practice. I especially thrived in a 1-1 setting which confirmed my thoughts of taking the yoga therapy route.
I came to understand how important it is to make yoga both accessible and safe for everyone.
My message is simple: it’s not about achieving advanced poses, it’s about reconnecting with ourselves, something so often overlooked in today’s hustle-driven society.
Fast forward 2 years and here I am, just a few months off being a fully qualified Yoga Therapist - something I can happily see myself in for life🥹❤️
