What makes people come to our Swim Training sessions?
The sessions incorporate some group technique and then a set designed to improve speed and stamina. Most of our bookings reflect this, and we see people with a range of swimming backgrounds and abilities coming to take part in the sessions. There are up to 12 swimmers in the pool, and we always make sure to work hard and have fun!

Why do you want to swim?
We see a variety of reasons for our customers booking onto our Skill Development sessions. Some of our customers can swim and would like some guidance to improve their stroke, and some are just starting out and their first goal is to float.
