12 weeks = amazing results!

So so impressed with the consistent, hard applied by over the last 12 weeks!!

The numbers really don't lie here:

🔹️Weight - 20lbs ⬇️
🔹️Tummy - 16.5cm ⬇️
🔹️Hips - 18.5cm ⬇️
🔹️Quads - 12cm ⬇️
🔹️ 2 dress sizes ⬇️

All across the board, real lifestyle changing results, which I know will be maintained moving forwards as well!

Not much to say here, as the pics and stats do all the talking!

When you follow the plan from both a diet and training perspective 100%, and provide clear and honest communication to me which allowes me to make adjustments as necessary, this is what we get!

A great 12 weeks working with professional cricketer .dattani 🏏💪🏽

The aim of the plan was to help Naomi get lighter and leaner to aid her cricket skills, and have less weight bearing on her to help become faster.

This involved creating a diet / training plan that could co-exist with her existing strength & conditioning and technical training, and I think it's safe to sat mission accomplished!

8 weeks absolutely smashed!!

xx came to me 8 weeks ago with the goal of "losing 7-8 lbs, increasing strength and finding better eating habits"...

Safe to say we nailed it!

🔹️ 14lbs dropped
🔹️ 8cm off tummy
🔹️ developed a resistance to pizza lol
🔹️ Improved eating habits
🔹️ understanding of portion control
🔹️ reduced a dress size

Just a pleasure to work with. Minimal fuss, just executed the plan perfectly (even though there was the odd abusive voice note lol)

Embrace the journey...

While it's important to have a goal to visualise and work towards, it's just as important to reflect on the progress that you've made.

Another 12 weeks completed!

Delighted with the progress over the last 3 months, adding tissue to the frame while still maintaining condition.

It's not always been an easy road, multiple annoying back injuries and an increase in food that has made me ridiculously lethargic.

But I've not missed a beat....

Steps achieved every day...
Cardio completed every day...
Full intensity in every single workout...
Diet executed to the T...

I'm so proud for so many reasons...

This client came to me 6 weeks ago wanting to focus in particular on her tummy. Now as she's prepping for her wedding, it was extra important!

She would say that she was a difficult client, as she would stress every week if she didn't have big drops, but I would put this down to confidence mors than anything (and social media pressures doesn't always help!)

However, by the end of her phase, there are just so many positives:

🔹️7lbs ⬇️
🔹️Tummy 11.5cm ⬇️
🔹️Fitness levels significantly increasing
🔹️Dress size reduced (wedding outfit fitting soooo much better 🙂

🔹️And this is a big one for me...an increase in her confidence!

Success and progress isn't the same for everyone. It's not always about the scales. But how you feel, how comfortable you are in yourself, how good you feel in your clothes etc.

So I'm just so happy with this and very proud, you smashed it 💪🏽🙌🏽

Mission accomplished!!

came to me 2 months ago with a very clear goal

"cut fat, maintain strength and muscle mass and strip back to a lean frame".

8 weeks later, and I think it's safe to say he absolutely nailed it!

🔹️16.4lbs ⬇️
🔹️BELLY 11cm ⬇️
🔹️ Chest / shoulders and Arms ↔️

We maintained the existing Crossfit regime that was in place previously, and built additional high intensity workouts to compliment it.

We built a diet plan to suit a super hectic lifestyle, ensuring enough fuel in the tank to smash through the workouts whilst dropping fat at a steady pace.

Looking forward to see what we can do next with this physique...💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

And just look at the back progress 😱😱😱💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Over a stone dropped in a month! 😱

My good friend came to me a little over a month go, wanting to drop some body fat, as he'd admittedly been eating a little bit too much over lockdown! Now the thing with this guys is that he has the most ridiculous sweet tooth...ever!

The plan was to do 8 weeks, unfortunately we only managed 4, because life happens sometimes.
But that doesn't detract from the amazing work he put in!

He fully embraced the challenge, pushed himself training wise and stuck 100% to the diet (even though he did call me a c**t multiple times 🤣).

To lose 15lbs / 13.5cm off from your belly in only 4 weeks is testament to your work 👏🏽

Proud of you mate, and we'll pick back up when you're ready 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
