Today, on VJ Day, we remember the courage and sacrifice of those who served in the Far East and Pacific during the Second World War.
We honour the service personnel, their families and every community affected by the conflict.

👨👩👧 Bring your child to train for FREE this August.
NRG members can introduce an 11 - 15-year-old to the gym during staffed hours, giving them a positive, supported way to get moving and experience the NRG community.
For their first visit, bring them to reception so you can complete the consent form and can register their access.
The child must be accompanied by a fully paying NRG member aged 18 or over. Staffed hours only. No access to the sauna, strength area or classes.
