FLASH POINT - with the game at 1- nil to F16 and with minutes to go the ball is played across the goal for a qp real player to potentially tap in to equalize at which point a F16 player in red slides in to block (no sliding tackles rule was in play on the day ) the ref eventually awarded a penalty and Qp real scored the penalty to take the tie to penalties .. watch and decide for yourselves. Do you think it was a penalty or not ???
