New Year - New You
Let's talk focus! Focus and mindset is pivotal to achieving any goal, whether you are looking for a career change, want to learn a new skill, or, like over 20% of the population setting resolutions, you are looking to live a healthier life.
The problem with focus is that we can often oversubscribe to goals and try to do too many things at once. When we set goals with our clients we will also spend time to map how you can achieve these by taking small manageable steps.
If you are dreaming of living a healthier life in 2023 and beyond here are 3 things to focus on in January...
1) Drink plenty of water to naturally detoxify the body. This helps keep the brain and body hydrated so it can function properly.
2) Eat plenty of protein to support repair and maintenance of lean tissue.
3) Get active. January is month so if you have a dog why not look to stretch those walks just a little and increase the distance or pick up the pace.

When you are working towards any goal the foundation (and often the
