Yoga classes at The Happy Body Project in Haynes, every Tuesday at 7pm. Suitable for all levels 🫶
This months classes will be focused on grounding and expansion; a focus on staying grounded while starting to open up a bit more, building strength, creating space, and utilising positive energy.
Come as you are, whether you’ve been coming every week or it’s been a while. It’s all about feeling a little better when you leave than when you arrived.

One of the best things about yoga, is it doesn’t matter where you are, it is something that will bring you back to yourself no matter what 🫶
Hong Kong -> China -> Cornwall and finally back home again ✈️
A few weeks of cancelled classes whilst I was working away but grateful to always make the time to practise and re-center no matter where in the world I am 🧘♀️
