Join us for a free YOGA for PEACE event at Allsaints Hall, Kempston Church End MK43 89RH on Saturday 13th July 2024. 11.30 to 12.30 pm with shared lunch afterwards. This event has been created to unite yogis together at the same time to promote peace for all. The practice will be very gentle yoga followed by meditation and a yogic sleep.
