You are invited to join us on Thursday 19th September 2024 at John Bunyan Sports and Fitness in our Sports Hall from 10.30am-1pm where there will be opportunities to meet with different health groups and have a taster of some of the local wellness services available.

With all the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be difficult to make our health and wellness a priority and we can end up needing to treat health conditions rather than preventing them. With health and exercise professionals in attendance, this could be a good chance to ask questions and develop more awareness of what is out there to help you to improve both your and loved one's health and well-being. We look forward to welcoming you to our event.

We will be hosting an STA Swimming Teacher Award Course at one of our partnership sites in Bedford! This funded course is the perfect opportunity for candidates wanting to get into swim teaching or for those already in the industry that are looking for further qualifications!
