Marley Alutec also provided design services and supplied bespoke angled components to accommodate the architectural features of the building.

Marley Alutec has delivered a marine-grade aluminium guttering and fascia solution for an ambitious bungalow upgrade in North Yorkshire – and one that was integral to the modern, exterior design of the property.

Taking a hands-on approach to all aspects of the project, when it came to the choice of guttering and fascia, given that as a bungalow – the eaves system would be far more prominent than a standard two-storey property. 🏠

We visited a recent project in which is currently in progress. The faceted curve detail to rear of the building gives this project an aesthetic finish!

This building was fitted with Traditional Moulded gutters, Tudor Offsets to discharge into existing hoppers and Traditional rectangle downpipes to the garage area.

We also were able to supply bespoke radius curve gutter detail - All in RAL 9016!

Stevie Paton, at MKM Ayr have supplied our products to the recent extension to the Lochgreen Hotel in – the SnapFit boltless gutter adds a refined touch to the roofline!

The clients were impressed enough with the MKM/Alutec collaboration to put their faith in us both again, choosing our textured ppc products to refurbish the existing hotel, including the turrets which required templates for the purpose made angles.
