Due to a last minute cancellation, we have a number of spaces on our Emergency First Aid at Work Course on Monday 9 February at Bedfordshire Golf Club.

Just £50 per person, including all training materials, First Aid Manual, Certificate and refreshments.

This level 3 Ofqual Regulated course is a great fun course combining practical scenarios with some theory. Minimum age 14 yrs.

Come and learn stand up paddle boarding with us - was still have some places on both our Adult Intro Session and our Family Intro Session.

A great day with friends paddling on the busy R.Cam in Cambridge. 😊

With the ongoing hot weather forecast to continue into the weekend, why not come along and have a go at stand up paddle boarding (SUP) with us at the amazing Wild Canvas Camping event in Turvey tomorrow.

Suitable for beginners and improvers - learn a great new skill, enjoy a great way to cool off and relax with some great Caribbean food and some drinks at the festival afterwards!

This fun 2 day combined training and assessment course will set you up for your first Paddleboarding Instructor role delivering taster/starter sessions in the very sheltered water environment within the framework of a deploying organisation.
