We are looking forward to running some more SUP sessions for both adults and whole families this summer.
We're back at the Longholme in Bedford with a sessions for everyone on Sunday 7 June - a family session and an adult session.

Due to a last minute cancellation, we have a number of spaces on our Emergency First Aid at Work Course on Monday 9 February at Bedfordshire Golf Club.
Just £50 per person, including all training materials, First Aid Manual, Certificate and refreshments.
This level 3 Ofqual Regulated course is a great fun course combining practical scenarios with some theory. Minimum age 14 yrs.
