Thanks to everyone that turned up on Friday, that was just a taste of things to come on Wednesday 21st (all being well). As normal we will be training throughout the summer holidays. Don’t forget to bring a drink with you as it's promising to be hot.

Feeling better today, thanks to Kerry for taking the warm-up yesterday, I wasn't in a good place. Good to see everyone trying the different combinations that we covered on Friday. Look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday.

Another good lesson, glad to see that Jeremy’s back training even though he did try and do his own thing several times! Remember juniors, during kata take your timing from the senior grades. If I have given you feedback, please try and improve for our next session. See you all on Friday.

All, What a brilliant lesson, glad to hear (from all the loud Kia s) that our students haven’t had their spirit dampened by the Coronavirus.
We also welcomed 2 new starters and I look forward to being their instructor for the foreseeable future.
It was really good to catch up with you all and I’m sure that the club will go from strength to strength.

All, it has just been confirmed that karate training can resume on Wednesday 14th April 2021 for juniors only, please let me know who will be coming.
