Advanced Training:
This course will take place once a month on the second Wednesday of every month at 20:30 (8:30 pm) at the Bedford Dojo. The sessions are held every 2nd Wednesday of the month, as shown in the events calendar below:

Juniors: £4, Seniors (14+) £5
