How’s your New Year’s resolution/s holding up?! 👀
Half way in to Jan, are you still on the new year new me track or have you derailed phenomenally?! 🚂
People go in too hard and too fast with NY rezzies. All you need is a mindset to step it up a notch, small adjustments and the courage of stepping out of your comfort zone and forming new habits. It’s a shift!
If you need picking up and putting yourself back on track, remaining accountable with that balance of kindness because well, life is just busy and it’s tough out there, then whack a message in the DMs and we’ll fortunate a plan!💪🏼👊🏼

2025….it’s fine to reflect on how the year was, ups, downs, happy times, s**t times. It’s a mix. Reflect but don’t become stuck in the past, don’t look back for too long - you’re not going that way! Forward, baby steps & goals. If you fall, you fall forward!
You don’t need the new year new me bs, you just need something to aim for, in your own time and at your own pace. Chuck in some accountability but reality check yourself that you’re still human and life has some bumps in the road!
Celebrate the wins, brush off the not so good days and be kind to yourself!
2025 was one hell of a busy year for me, business traction here and the set up of .sundayservice to bring the community together through fitness. Affiliating with .fit to bring Bedfordshire and beyond something brand new and inclusive as and I couldn’t have done that without my friend and business bud !!
A HUGE thank you to all those that have trained with me, and trusted me through your journeys. It’s been a pleasure to watch you achieve and also grow as a Coach!🫡

Burny little WOD this morning 🌶🔥
4RFT (Rounds for time) capped at 20 mins. Had 54 seconds left on the clock at the end of round 4! Bouncy bruises on the knees courtesy of lunges 🤣

Came in to the gym to this today. Its more than just a scribble.
It’s a moment. A reminder that they’re watching. Learning. Reflecting what we model in our own lives.
They’re watching us.
From the big lifts to the quiet resets, our kids absorb more than we realise.
I found this in the gym, a little note from my kiddo that hit harder than any workout.
As parents, coaches, and leaders, we show them what it means to move with intention, fuel with care, and show up consistently.
Living a healthy lifestyle isn't just about sets and reps, it’s about self-respect, resilience, and community.
When we care for ourselves, we're not just improving our own well-being, we're influencing theirs.
Whether it’s smashing through AMRAPs, pushing in to RFT, or just getting outside and playing, we create a legacy of strength, safety, and self-worth.
So yes, I’m doing it for me. But I’m also doing it for the little eyes that see everything 👀
