Do you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, can’t stop ruminating and just need to do something different to change unhealthy habits or to stop repeating the same old patterns ? Or maybe you would like to feel you have more energy to enjoy the things you love?!

In my opinion Pranayama is the most powerful and joyful practice and a well
known ‘back-door’ to a calmer mind and an easy meditative state!

This is an in-depth practical course in the art and power of breathing well and its benefits for our overall health and mental well-being.

This course includes personalised home practice schedules, guidance and feedback 😊

It will also include yoga inspired tension release movement and relaxation ☺️
