Thursday night at Kraken 🥋💙

Five new blue belts and a whole lot of stripes earned. Proud of everyone who stepped up and put the work in — the progress is showing on the mats!

TRAIN THE BODY. LOOK AFTER THE MIND. 🐙

At Kraken, we’re big believers in building strong bodies—but real strength also means looking after what’s going on upstairs.

We’re proud to support The Keyes Space, founded by Michelle Keyes—Coach Aaron’s wife and a qualified integrative counsellor offering confidential online counselling and psychotherapy across Bedford and the UK.

Whether you’re struggling, feeling overwhelmed or simply need a safe space to talk, you don’t have to wait until everything falls apart before reaching out.
Let’s show Michelle some proper Kraken love and support:

JUNIOR MMA GRADING COMPLETE! 🐙

A huge congratulations to every member of our Fundamentals, Core and Cadets classes who took part in Saturday’s grading.

We were incredibly proud of the skill, focus, discipline and determination shown throughout the day. Every new belt and certificate represents hours of training, hard work and progress—each one thoroughly deserved!

Thank you to our brilliant coaching team and to all the parents and families for your continued support.
Well done, Junior Krakens—wear those new belts with pride! 💚🐙
