Getting away from our busy lives and the demands of others isn't easy. No wonder we carry stress and fatigue like unwanted badges of honour and both our mental and physical wellbeing are impacted.

Sometimes we all need a little dedicated time and space just to BE.

On Sunday 30th August I am hosting a 'Free to be' day in the stunning rural environment of The Granary, Brogborough.

On offer will be yoga based gentle movement, rest, relaxation and to share the company of like minded women. There will be an opportunity to have a dip in the natural swimming pond. And of course, there will be cake - lots of cake!
