Our Aquanatal session last night finished with a short candlelight relaxation for mums-to-be — a peaceful moment to connect, unwind, and nurture your own wellbeing before welcoming little ones into the world 💫

Because children’s mental health starts with mums feeling supported, calm, and cared for too.

Join our midwife-led aquanatal sessions, perfect for both first-time and experienced mums. Enjoy fun, engaging classes in warm water, with time to move, relax, and focus on self-care—while also meeting and connecting with other mums in your area.

Our Parent and Toddler and Tadpole classes have loved celebrating World Book Day this week


A completely different lesson was had by all, listening to and following the story of “We’re going on a bear hunt”


We swishy swashied our way through the long grass, splash sploshed through the deep cold river, squelch squerched our way through the mud, stumbled tripped through the forest, woo hooed our way through the snowstorm and finally tiptoed through the narrow gloomy cave


A great time was had by all

And then they were gone……

All that’s left is an elf report from The North Pole

It says that Polam Swim School is on the nice list 😊. The elves have watched us having lots of fun! Making Christmas merriment. Singing, laughing and spreading Christmas cheer. 🎉

Well I think the elves are beginning to realise that their work here is nearly done, they were caught practising their flying skills again this morning so they really are getting ready to leave us…… I think we miss the cheeky elves when they have gone back to the North Pole

Our elves have been busy! Look what they made for us, an Apple Watch, looks waterproof too! Not sure it comes with a guarantee though

The cheeky elves are clearly fed up with the quietness at the pool - they got footed over to school for the last day of Holiday Club and jumped up onto the Christmas Tree 🎄 one even had a star outfit on!

I think our elves are beginning to miss home! Either that or they are panicking that they won’t be able to fly the reindeer…. Looks like they have made their own reindeer and are having a sneaky practise in the viewing area

Our elves were found outside school this morning, digging in the mud, looks like their green fingers were working fast as they have managed to grown us a couple of Christmas Tree
