Was A great days coaching yesterday with the Italians. THey really started to progress very nicely indeed. :)

So I have had a think about what price I could do for the freefly eveings...(Hi Guys, So I am wanting to get things off the ground as it were. I am interested in setting up a monthly freefly skills night at Bodyflight Bedford. I am first needing to know numbers before I can confirm prices. If you are interested in either progressing your skills or even starting out with freefly then please like this post to show your interest. Thanks :) )...

I am thinking of about £100 for 10mins. I would need at least 6 people to go for it to be worth it. Have a think and let me know.
