We are taking a little break 24th August-4th September. Please note during this time there is no classes or PT. We will be back on Monday 7th September
I am reducing my swim teaching hours which means from 5th September I am able to open up 2 Personal Training slots. I have one on a Monday evening 6pm or 6.30pm and one on a Thursday 6pm. Please let me know asap if you are interested

Who would like an aqua zumba 1.30pm on Sunday 16th August? It would be at Woburn Lido Please let me know asap, if there's enough people I will book the pool
