I gained my Fitness Diploma in 1986 in London.I also have qualifications in personal training and nutrition.
Our Bootcamp is a great opportunity to get fit outdoors with friends in a short 45 minute workout, that is affordable and suitable for all fitness levels.

BOOTCAMP CLASS still just Fridays at Bedford Park at 6.30pm for the moment...However...

RESERVE your places either by commenting below or messaging via the L & L Bootcamp page. Prices are Β£5 per class but if it's your first time you only pay Β£2.50 & each additional new member you introduce you will again only pay the Β£2.50. After that block bookings can be made in advance to secure your places week to week & at a discounted rate.
PERSONAL TRAINING at competitive prices depending on if 1-2-1, a pair or group as are the nutritional councelling sessions.

CORE TIP FOR TODAY
Did you know that by holding your abdominal muscles in during the course of your normal/ working day is an exercise in itself ! Try it ...
This will help strengthen & protect your lower back, improve your posture, (always stand tall with your shoulders back), as well as strengthen your abs just by being conscious of this during your day, (do this too of course when exercising) plus also making you appear slimmer almost instantly !
Take a breath in, pull abs in towards lower back & breath out keeping your abs in place without holding your breath !!!!
Do this until it becomes your second nature natural posture & give yourself daily reminders when you catch yourself out not doing it by saying to yourself, "abs tight"...
Will be checking this during class ! π
