A few bits from afternoon movements.
I have always liked to move freely and being adoptable to variety of situations, therefore my training style is very diverse.
When I stopped competing in sports, moving with ease became the priority, rest is just about balance of skills and strength I want in my activities.
Find what you want and work to get there, no meter what other people think.
Strength is a skill. Learn correct techniques, improve your mobility and coordination, build strength 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
To get stronger we should maintain correct posture throughout movements. If posture isn’t correct, loading body with weights will only strengthen the imbalances and will lead to stiffness and injuries. ☝🏻It’s very important to know how and what corrective measures can be applied to activate good posture, with only as much effort that allows the participant for maximum awareness of the corrected postural position.
A few of many variations of hip external rotation I use for hip and low back health. For every one I use different regressions and progressions according to individual capabilities.

In my early 20s I was training hard and people thought I was fit…but I had a chronic back aches and only after warm up I was moving as if everything was ok…but in the mornings I usually had a problem with putting socks on my feet 😅
Now…20 years later I am getting fitter, in the morning I could bite my toes nails if I wanted to 😜

Many people who sit a lot, who are “gym fit”, fit in their specific sport or activity, are struggling with natural ranges of their joints motion. Then on training they push harder because the mind remembers how it used to be but the body doesn’t want to go….and things get worse...
