Suitable for all ages and abilities from age 6 and up. Friendly and welcoming group. Help to improve both physical and mental wellbeing, boost concentration and confidence and very good value for money, 90 minutes of tuition for only £3.50 for children, £4 for adults and also provide family/group discounts. Folks, I thought it was important to post this picture to show the reality of being a martial artist. This is a set of bruises caused by the proper application of a self defence technique. I volunteered to be the attacker against my 7th Dan Master Belt in front of a room of Dan members. He punched me in the bicep with his middle knuckle and believe me it really hurt! I knew it would hurt but it was important that everyone understood how to apply the technique properly. If you think your martial art skills will make you impervious to harm you are very much mistaken, you will likely get hurt while defending yourself, but it is a lesson worth learning.
