I’ve recently made a bold decision for my business which meant a big shake up to my weekly training programme. It was a leap but walking the talk as a coach means taking action and being proactive so…..💪🏻
I’m extremely fortunate to have established a full time fitness timetable, which puts me in a wonderful position to motivate, enthuse and encourage people with healthy lifestyles and fitness goals on a daily basis. However I know from experience with life coaching I can offer more, supporting people to make bigger longer lasting changes across all aspects of their lives.
So rather than just leaving wriggle room between fitness sessions to squeeze in coaching clients, I’ve cleared real space in my diary to enable me to provide real space for clients.
The space for people to focus, question, reflect, consider options and alternatives, get creative, maybe even to get radical and shake things up!
The space for me to support people to address challenges, overcome obstacles, identify solutions, shift mindset, to realise what purpose, balance, potential and confidence means for them. To create a plan and thrive.
So I will now be available to offer regular life coaching sessions throughout the week.

Mother Nature treated us the perfect evening to begin our first ever Mind and Body programme.
Wonderful to see everyone taking to the water, building in confidence and appreciating the peace it brings as we paddled into the setting sun 💚
A relaxing session learning stand up paddle board skills combined with some time out to unwind, decompress and enjoy the healing effects of nature and the gentle pace of the water calming and soothing the day away.
Throw in some essential oils, breath work and herbal teas and you have the perfect recipe for a restorative night’s sleep.
Looking forward to next week already.
Well done all of you for taking the plunge and trying something out of your comfort zone 🙌🏻

This Coaching Mini Marathon Fundraiser takes place Friday 2 July with sessions available to book throughout the day 7am-7pm.
Sessions are free of charge with a suggested minimum donation of £5 but you can pay as little or as much as you wish.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience the value of coaching for a fresh perspective, motivation and clarity.

With the experiences of the past year we feel it’s more important than ever to look after our mental well-being and getting outdoors to paddle (in our opinion) is just about the best way to do this. It’s also ideal as a safe socially distanced activity.
This course will incorporate learning to Stand Up Paddleboard in a relaxed environment by a friendly experienced SUP Instructor from the team at Canoe Trail, while being focused around your well-being to help you unwind.
Taking to the water is well known for its restorative benefits and we will be coupling this with stretching and breathing techniques to help you get the most from your time on the water.
Sessions will be rounded off with sit spots, essential oils and relaxing herbal teas to help bring ourselves back into balance.
If you’re finding the current times particularly challenging or feel some downtime would ease the burden this could be for you.

Serenity ~ opposite to anxiety.
Long associated with addiction recovery and written as a prayer this quote is powerful and relevant on so many levels of our lives, even more so this past year.
🤝Accept the things I cannot change
Consider all those things that worry you, the little niggles, the big deals, the past, the future, situations out of your hands, the mind chatter, write them down and tot them up. It can make for quite the lengthy list!
Now red pen those you have absolutely no control over.
That’s shrunk the list down a little hasn’t it?
It’s simple to do on paper not as easy to turn into action but even seeing the list of worries diminish can be the motivation to get the ball rolling to work on it.
If you honestly have no control over these issues then acceptance is the healthiest choice for your well-being and already you’ve taken control and turned this into a choice.
