🧘‍♀️🏊 YOGA & SWIM — TOMORROW!

Looking for something a little different to do tomorrow morning?

Join us at 10am tomorrow, Saturday 12th September, for two hours of yoga, open water swimming and a bit of time for yourself.

You’ll start with a one-hour yoga session with Caroline Lewis at Earth Balance Well-being Studio, before heading down to Sleekburn Water for a guided open water swim with Jim Bridges.

It’s a lovely combination of movement, relaxation and fresh air — and at just £20 for the full two-hour session, it’s fantastic value.
