Your jaw’s tight and it’s not even call time.

You haven’t been yelled at.
Nothing’s gone wrong.
But your body’s already braced.

This is what pressure looks like when it’s constant - quiet, heavy, and not spoken about.

🤫The silence before the day starts

👌The back-to-back schedule you talk yourself into handling

🙏The ask that lands on top of everything else

And the story you’ve learned to tell yourself?

“This is just part of the job.”
“The stress is worth it.”
“This pressure is the price of security.”

But that story has a cost.

💪Pushing yourself to the max isn’t proof of your resilience.

🚨The signals from your body aren’t problems to push through.

👋They’re trying to tell you something.

📣 I’ve got 2 spaces open this month for Reclaim Yourself — 1:1 sessions for people working behind the scenes in Film & TV and the creative industries who want to stay excellent without staying in overdrive.

If your jaw’s been tight before the day even begins, please know you don’t have to hold it alone.

I’ve got space for you 👋

🎬If you work in the TV & Film industry — especially in a leadership role — and you’ve ever thought:

“This job is swallowing me.”

“Surely it doesn’t have to be like this?”

“I want to lead better — but I’m knackered.”

Then I’d love to talk to you.

I’m having confidential 1:1 chats throughout June and July as part of research I’m doing to better understand how to support the people who are quietly holding this industry together.

The ones who lead with care, absorb the chaos, and still wonder if they’re doing enough.

The ones who care deeply — but are starting to ask what it’s costing them.

The ones who once called it “living the dream”… and now aren’t so sure.

It’s not a pitch. It’s not a fix.

It’s a confidential, anonymous space to be honest about the real cost of leading in the industry.

I’ll ask a few questions, listen deeply, and offer a couple of nervous-system-friendly tools you can take away — things you can use on and off set.

Because what we need now is support that understands what it actually feels like to lead in this industry — when no one’s checking in on the person doing the holding.

---

Where I’ll be holding space:

📍 BELFAST: Fridays in June | 10am–2pm (in person @ Gadd Health & Wellness or online)

📍 MANCHESTER: Tuesday 8th July | Location TBC

📍 EDINBURGH: Wednesday 9th July | Location TBC

📍 ONLINE: Wednesdays throughout June, including evenings

---

🍵 If you’re open to sharing your experience, drop me a message and I’ll get you booked in — and, if it’s in person, I’ll have your preferred drink waiting.

Hi everyone! It's been a while!

For those who don't know I've not been well recently so thought I could do with a bit of g'ing up!!

🌍 Who wants to change the world or at least your part of the world?

From today I'm taking part in Bootcamp with Dani Wallace a free challenge to help us get clear on our message, own our story, and speak with confidence and impact (not an affiliate, just love what she is doing ❤️)

🙌Because if we want real change in the world, we have to be heard

And for me, the part of the world I want to bring change to is in the TV, Film & Creative Industries - an industry that once nearly broke me but now fuels my mission... (You may not know that I used to be a camera assistant!)

✨I want to support those working behind the scenes facing gendered barriers, toxic cultures, and the pressure to stay silent

✨I want to reconnect them to themselves, their bodies and their confidence so they can thrive, not just survive

✨I want to work with industry leaders to shift the culture because if we keep healing people and sending them back into harmful systems, we’re not really helping, right!?

And I know because...

👋I’ve been there

👋I know how it feels

🙌And I know it doesn’t have to stay that way

If you take a fish out of toxic water, help it heal, and throw it back in… it will suffer again

🌊So we need to change the water

That’s why I’m spending time this week with Dani Wallace and her team

That’s why I’m leaning more into speaking...

.. into holding space for the truth

..space for true healing

..listening

..and understanding the compassionate trauma informed shift of "what's happened to you" rather than "what's wrong with you"

❤️And that’s why this bootcamp matters - not just for me, but for the people I want to reach

If things are going to shift, I need to use my voice

🙌And this space is helping me do that

Watch this space

And if you're ready to speak about what matters to you - why not join me?
