Ladies Self protection Course

This isn’t just a physical course like many out there where you are on a matted area going through complicated techniques that you won’t remember when needs must!
Self protection starts before you leave you safe place not when you are faced with a physical threat.

Subjects covered on the course include:
Communication skills
Crisis communication
Threat analysis
Reading and understanding behaviours
Observational awareness
Self defence and the law
Practical Self protection skills include:
Practical disengagement techniques
Pressure point control
How when and where to strike
Defensive striking
Defence from sharp or blunt instrument attacks
Ground defence tactics
All our practical techniques are from Krav Maga fighting system and proven fight psychology.

The instructors are highly skilled and have been involved in teaching self defence, self protection, fight psychology, tactics for protection and behavioural assessment training to individuals and groups through out ireland uk and international. Clients include law enforcement and military groups, council groups, international peace keeping forces, security officers and more!

This course will be run over 5 x 2 hour sessions.

Excellent work in today’s PEC class.
We covered defences from the good old haymaker working from first the flinch as well as if we have a bit more time to up the amount of damage we can apply from the get go with limb destructions and combatives.
